Bardot distributed buoyancy modules are composed of two buoyancy elements (half shells) and an internal clamp which attaches the modules onto the riser.
- Designed to have a specific buoyancy for a defined water-depth and line weight
- Developed in compliance with international offshore standards, including API17-L1 and API17-L2
- Buoyancy element is made of syntactic foam encapsulated in a polyethylene external skin
- Bardot internal clamp is made of three or four casted polyurethane parts.
