Our customer, a major EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company in Brazil required a clamping solution due to heavy lifting loads during the installation of several jumpers. From design to execution, AIS delivered a turnkey solution for the client to assist with the installation.
Having worked with this customer on a previous subsea insulation project, AIS was trusted to deliver a solution.

Solution
Working with the customer to understand their load requirements, AIS utilised FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to design tailored nylon lifting clamps to protect insulation at lifting points, preventing any potential damage during installation.
This unique solution was made possible by our extensive track record and understanding of our materials behaviour, combined with our in-house engineering capability.
Results
From design to execution, AIS delivered a turnkey solution for the customer. This continued to strengthen our longstanding relationship with major EPC companies and field operators in Brazil.
