ContraTherm® B35 is a proven thermal insulation solution, ideal for flow assurance of complex subsea applications requiring wet application or moulded product configurations. Developed through AIS' extensive expertise in subsea insulation systems, ContraTherm® B35 has been tested in accordance with ISO 12736. 

  • Designed for high pressure capability to 3000 m
  • ContraTherm® B35 is a tough elastomer with excellent temperature stability to 80 °C
  • Pour-in-place solution using tried and tested methodology
  • B35 primer is only required for field joints
  • Density is 1130 kg/m³ – 1170 kg/m³ when cured
  • Compatible with other AIS insulation solutions.
