Sizeable underdeck protection requirement? Capacity is no issue for AIS

With the capacity to manufacture and deliver MS400 on a large scale, look no further for both underdeck and LNG pipework protection.

For advanced underdeck protection, AIS' track record is unrivalled. One of the reasons for this is our capacity to take on large projects.

Indeed, we can produce thousands of linear metres of our MS400 system including all the tees, reducers, and bends for any project within a short lead time.

One example of this took place in China. Our customer required 4,500 m² of MS400 H120 panels to protect the underdecks of their LNG modules. AIS delivered and supervised application for a seamless installation on time and on budget.

MS400 has a proven track record and has been used on multiple offshore underdecks around the world for the last ten years. It was first used on the BP Clair Ridge project and saved a total of 83 tonnes of topside weight compared to the original system.

If you have a requirement for the MS400 half shell system designed for LNG pipework (which provides 60 minutes of cryogenic liquid jet release protection and 60 minutes of jet fire protection), or our MS400 lightweight underdeck protection, contact our expert team today at [email protected].
