Product specifications
ContraFlame® F40 is a low viscosity, self-levelling potting foam which has a 10:1 (by volume) formulation and is designed to be potted or poured. The formulation is ultra-lightweight and will offer a density of around 0.6 g/ml when cured.
- Easy application and efficient replacement to pre-formed mica products
- Cures at room temperature within 30 minutes
- Tested and proven protection of 46xx cells and >150 Ah prismatic cells
- Extreme resistance to flames and rebounding particles
- Low outgassing formulation
