Reduce the chance of failure with our supply and apply approach

When it comes to your next subsea insulation requirement, mitigate risk with AIS.

At AIS, we know all about the risk that comes with using multiple suppliers on projects. Not only does the likelihood of failure increase, but multiple contracts can mean varying standards. This is why many companies look for a supply and apply business model.

We are proud to offer such a service, making our own insulation products, and applying them to subsea structures. Our highly skilled teams design, develop and test our materials to industry standards (ISO 12736).

Capacity is never an issue either. With numerous, large, scale projects completed globally, AIS can produce over 7000 MT of insulation material a year in our UK manufacturing facility. The UK is also home to our experienced project management team who have a proven track record in supporting large projects across multiple sites and locations globally.

One such project was in Angola. This is where our global supply and apply approach was selected due to our exacting standards. Here, ~900MT of insulation was applied to multiple types of subsea structures in locations ranging from UK, Spain, Norway and Angola.

We have 20+ years of experience in supplying and applying insulation materials with no in-service failures. This makes us the go-to subsea insulation specialist when looking to reduce your next project's number of contracts.
