AIS and Integral team up to offer a turnkey solution in Canada…

A joint venture between AIS and Integral creates new opportunities in Canada as we revisit one of our 2015 contracts in Fort McMurray for maintenance and inspection.

Based in Alberta, Integral are an established company and has been recognised as one of Canada’s best managed companies, providing its clients with electrical, instrumentation, and project management offerings.

“Integral Energy Services is proud to partner with an innovative and forward-thinking organization like AIS. We look forward to introducing AIS ground-breaking products into the Canadian industrial market." – Tom Surinskis, VP Construction, Integral.

Canada represents AIS’ largest installed base for ContraFlex®, therefore, a local presence is key to providing the best support for our customers. Taking this into account, AIS and Integral are setting up a joint facility to produce our ContraFlex® brand of winterisation and fireproof jackets in Canada, allowing us to offer a rapid service.

The joint venture provides greater scope to work with other major customers in the area, and the early progress is encouraging. Since our appointment of Integral as business partners, we have together signed a contract with a major operator in the region. This contract will see us provide fire protection jackets, plus additional covers for winterisation and weather protection, for over 400 valves.

"I’m very excited by the new venture and it is off to a great start with a large offer. We are pleased to partner with Integral, and see their local expertise as a valuable resource that will help us deliver a complete solution to our customer base in Canada." - Andrew Bennion, Managing Director, AIS.

Indeed, the move means our clients in the region get AIS ContraFlex® quality as well as a full turnkey service including surveys, design, manufacture, and installation.
