Enhancing offshore wind foundations with a custom-engineered grout seal solution
A French offshore wind operator approached us for a sealing solution for a project in the North France area. The project required over 60 grout seals for monopile/ transition piece (MP/TP) connections, each needing to support a significant load cases of 2.9 bars in operation. With an overall diameter of 6.5–7 metres, these grout seals were critical to ensuring a successful offshore connection campaign.

Solution
We delivered a custom-engineered, fit-for-purpose solution tailored to the specific demands of the project. In addition, we provided on-site technical assistance at the TP manufacturing site, ensuring seamless installation and offshore readiness. We worked closely with the customer’s project team throughout the process to guarantee correct installation and optimal performance in real-world conditions.
