Submarine fenders
A bespoke, configurable low freeboard fender to position alongside quay walls or vessels such as naval frigates requiring protection from submarines when they come alongside for berthing.
Our solution
Submarine fenders are manufactured from a solid, cast polyurethane elastomer with elliptical vertical holes to reduce weight and allow for some compression of the fender. Vertical chain assemblies are located on either side of the centre-line of the fender for easy positioning.
