Custom boat fenders make our Manuplas® solution suitable for any boat type

With numerous, flexible options available, our fenders are found in marinas and ports around the world.

AIS Manuplas® boat fenders are custom designed, allowing us to provide a precise solution for our customer’s unique needs.

Take our cast fenders, for example. The level of core densities can be customised to suit the vessel usage. One thing that remains the same is that each cast fender is manufactured from a high-performance physically cross-linked polyethylene foam core. These attributes make them ideal for both commercial and leisure vessels.

To add to this, they are a third lighter than rubber. This reduces fuel consumption, without reducing protection.

To make each custom boat fender, we use in-house tooling to manufacture tailor-made moulds that follow the exact contours of each vessel's hull. This mould can be reused so multiple vessels can benefit.

If you are looking for bespoke damage control for your vessel, contact our expert team on [email protected] for more information on our bespoke fendering solutions.

Our Manuplas® team are attending Seawork this year. Held in Southampton, Seawork is the premier on-water commercial marine and workboat exhibition. We will be discussing our custom boat fenders, as well as our buoyancy, flotation and protection systems. For anyone attending, we invite you to come and visit our expert team to discuss your bespoke needs.
