You will be based at our head office in Gloucester and in affiliation with our training provider you will embark on a 2-year apprenticeship programme. During this time, you will learn on the job whilst completing your Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

You will be supporting the Resource Coordinator and various managers in the day to day running of the department. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience in an administration role and be exposed to a variety of business disciplines.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with site personnel and travel agents to organise travel plans and hotel accommodation globally
  • Collating data and processing visa applications for various countries
  • Maintaining the resource and training matrix
  • Tracking holidays and rest periods
  • Dealing with staff queries daily
  • Identifying training requirements and booking the relevant courses
  • Assisting with other duties as required

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Keen interest in working in a busy administration role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work within a busy team
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Ability to deal with an ever-changing workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Driven, hardworking and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to communicate with staff across all levels in the business
