The energy industry supply chain came together for a night of celebration at the EIC awards dinner in London last week.

Comedian Stephen Mangan hosted the event at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, with many flying in from afar to celebrate the achievements of the energy industry.

This year’s event was the 68th annual awards for the Energy Industries Council, which is recognised as one of the world’s leading energy trade associations. Stuart Broadley, CEO of the EIC welcomed the hundreds in attendance and commented on the significance of being able to celebrate in person after two years of virtual events before the awards were announced.

Of the 16 prizes available on the night, AIS are delighted to announce that we won the Resilience award. Such recognition is a testament to everyone at AIS, especially against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic where we emerged as a stronger entity than ever.

There was more good news for AIS, as Tom Perry and Rob Barrow placed in the EIC/RGU Rising Star MBA Award to complete a memorable night in London.

Thank you to everyone at the EIC and congratulations to all the winners and finalists. We hope to see you next year.
