No volume or size limitations with AIS Bardot offshore grout seals

Grout seals play an important role in offshore wind projects, securing the connection between the pile foundation and the monopile transition piece. Ours are field proven on numerous projects worldwide and are fully customisable.

With limitless capabilities, AIS Bardot produces an impressive volume of offshore grout seals. This means large offshore wind projects can benefit from a reliable, field-tested solution. One recent example was an offshore wind project in the UK, for which our team produced 100 grout seals.

With the capacity to scale up, AIS Bardot is ready to take on projects of any size. There are also no limitations regarding the size of the rubber seal required. Every seal we make is a bespoke solution made to exact technical needs, so any specific requirements can be catered for.

Fully tested up to 4.5 bar of pressure, our grout seals are subject to an advanced manufacturing method that allows us to provide seals with large diameters.  Not only this, but our team can ship them anywhere in the world and provide technical assistance for installation, no matter the location of the project.
