Certification can be a complex process, so we are delighted with the outcome. Furthermore, ISO 9001:2015 certification shows that AIS Bardot is committed to meeting the needs of our customers.

Management system standards

Management system standards are designed to provide a framework that will deliver consistent quality of products and services, as well as ensuring continual improvement is built into management systems.

The main benefits of compliance and certification to these standards are:

  • Improvements in efficiency and productivity
  • Improvements in meeting and maintaining quality and regulatory requirements associated with our products and services

The positive outcome came after AIS Bardot demonstrated clear quality management processes and objectives involving all employees, as well as measures for improvement, and performance indicators.

AIS Bardot remains committed to quality in all areas. This includes the management of equipment, machines and tools to minimise the risk of manufacturing defects.

This approach allows us to maintain our high standards as we manufacture our products. We also monitor customer satisfaction by carrying out surveys and collecting ratings and opinions.
