Combining jet-fire protection with seamless corrosion resistance, ContraFlame® JF60-200 is designed to withstand harsh offshore conditions while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance. Its robust construction provides durable protection below LAT and within splash-zone environments, supporting long-term riser integrity.

60 minutes jet fire protection
ContraFlame® JF60-200 limits the steel back face temperature to a maximum 200 °C during 60 minutes jet fire for risers operating at temperatures up to 130 °C in accordance with ISO 22899-1: 2007.
-196 °C to +150 °C operating temperature range
ContraFlame® JF60-200 is tested and proven for use in extremes of temperature, making it capable of protecting structures in the most demanding topside operating environments.
Corrosion resistant suitable for the splash zone
ContraFlame® JF60-200 uses a joint-less, seamless D2004 GRP laminate system which offers anti-corrosion protection and means it is suitable for use on production risers in the splash zone (-5 LAT).
