Lightweight efficient VIV suppression system

Tri-Strakes® Lite uses overlapping interlocking mouldings with three-start helical strakes to reduce vortex induced vibration. It is lightweight, stackable and cost-effective, enabling fast installation while maintaining structural integrity and long-term performance in offshore pipeline and riser applications.

Lightweight stackable design
Each section of the system has been designed as a single, lightweight component, enabling quick and easy pre-install onshore or install offshore. The design permits the system to be stacked efficiently during shipping which also reduces space taken up on the vessel.
Fast production
Innovative manufacturing process enables production up to six times faster than traditional systems, significantly reducing lead times and improving project delivery efficiency for offshore pipeline protection.
VIV control
Reduces vortex induced vibration in free spanning pipelines and risers, preventing fatigue damage such as girth weld failure and extending operational life in harsh offshore conditions.
