MS400 Passive Fire Protection installed at Mariner field for Equinor
Our team worked with Equinor to provide an all-in-one passive fire protection (PFP) solution for the underdeck of the Mariner oil field located offshore in the North Sea. The customer had four main requirements to ensure the protective system could match their needs for what is one of the largest new offshore field developments of the last decade. It would need to offer passive fire protection to protect their asset, provide insulation, be lightweight to reduce running costs, and withstand the harsh conditions of the North Sea. Our MS400 system provided an ideal solution.
