At AIS, our commitment to safety is paramount. Our roll-out of the 'Think Safe' events across our organisation continues, led by our senior leadership team. These events are designed to ensure every member of our global workforce understands that nothing is more important than the health and safety of our team.

Engaging leadership and personal stories:

Our senior leaders take the stage to share why safety is personal to them, reinforcing the message that safety is at the foundation of our business. Their stories, combined with workshops and guest speakers, provide our employees with a clear understanding of our safety goals, the reasons behind them, and the critical role each person plays in achieving these objectives.

Global participation and impact:

With a 700-strong global workforce, most employees have already attended one of these impactful events, with the final sessions scheduled for completion by the end of September. The increased engagement and involvement in health and safety practices are evident in the positive trends we are observing.

Measurable progress and achievements:

Key leading indicators, such as the rates of safety observations and the implementation of risk reduction plans, demonstrate our progress. Moreover, we are proud to report a significant downward trend in our injury rates across the business, reaching a four-year low.

Dan Howell, Group QHSE Manager, says:

“These results show that we are well on our way to achieving our objective of a world-class health and safety culture. By prioritising safety and working together, we are making great strides towards our goal of zero accidents.”

Join us in our commitment to safety:

We invite everyone to join us in this commitment to safety. Together, we can continue to foster a safe and healthy working environment for all.
