Did you know that AIS has delivered more than 3 million kilogrammes of high-performance ContraTherm® C25 subsea insulation to over 20 operators worldwide including Total, Exxon, Chevron, and Eni?

These subsea insulation solutions have been deployed across multiple continents, earning the trust of industry leaders by consistently delivering world-class thermal performance and enduring the most challenging subsea conditions. Whether combating extreme temperatures or high pressures, our solutions provide the durability and efficiency that critical offshore operations demand.

We have applied ContraTherm® C25 to over 1,000 structures:

Insulation used on these projects are up to the maximum service temp of 150 °C, with over 50 projects in service at over 120 °C.

For many of these locations, we use local application teams and have established fully local teams around the world. These locations include US, Brazil and Malaysia as well as local partnerships in Nigeria and Angola.
